Rates for Peak Season (April 1st-September 30th) is $735/month. Off Peak Season (October 1st-March 31st) is $650/month. Electricity billed separately.

What's NEW ????? - We have updated some information under the "Tenant Information" tab regarding the latest newsletters from February-May and also the updated South Park Lease, Rules and Regulations and Shed Guidelines for 2018. All are available for download, or you can get a copy at the office. They are also always on display in the Clubhouse for general viewing.

We have a “NO DOGS” Policy at South Park. Dogs are strictly forbidden from entering the Park. This is an elderly Community and a “No Dogs” policy helps ensure the Safety of all. Thank you for your understanding!
